	Founded in 1995 with the purpose of promoting the art of dance and recognized as one of&nbsp;Europe’s leading contemporary dance festivals, the <a href="https://kalamatadancefestival.gr/en/about-us/" target="_blank">Kalamata Festival </a>remains a major artistic event, which brings together creators and audiences through a bold and inspiring artistic program.</p>
<p>
	During the 32nd presence of the Kalamata International Dance Festival, leading Greek and international artists will present their work, offering art lovers the opportunity to enjoy a plethora of exciting and innovative performances, including:</p>

	Celebrating its 25th anniversary,&nbsp;the International Pharos Chamber Music Festival, offers audiences a unique musical experience, presenting its closing concert, in Pharos Arts Foundation's outdoor venue, Olive Grove.</p>
<p>
	Under the baton of the Artistic Director of the CyYSO, Yiorgos Kountouris, the <a href="https://www.cyso.org.cy/?page_id=2341&amp;lang=el" target="_blank">Cyprus Symphony Orchestra</a> and the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra, along with the soloists Boris Belkin, violin and Finghin Collin, piano, will perform&nbsp; rare romantic masterpieces, by the great composers E. Grieg, M. Bruch &amp; D. Shostakovich.</p>

	William Luce's iconic play "Barrymore: The Rise and Fall of an Idol", is widely considered as one of the most important theatrical portraits ever written.&nbsp;</p>

	After its 1996 debut at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Ontario Canada, the play was transfered to Broadway, with Christopher Plummer in the title role, earning him the 1997 Tony Award for Best Actor.</p>

        <p>
	Continuing its famous interactive concert series, the Athens State Orchestra presents the“Journey to the Center of the Music-Opera”, featuring a marvelous exploration to the opera genre.</p>
<p>
	Designed to introduce symphonic music to audiences through multimedia, the event highlights the evolution of the opera, featuring music, videos, historical analysis and personal stories, exploring hidden symbolism and musical patterns.</p>
<p>
	Under the music direction of the conductor Lukas Karytinos, the Orchestra will perform excerpts from beloved operas by G.Puccini, J. Offenbach, G. Rossini,&nbsp; G. Bizzet, W. A. Mozart, C. Monteverdi, to name only a few.</p>

	In the frame of the Spring Festival, the Athens Concert Hall in collaboration with the Athens State Orchestra,&nbsp; presents two unique concerts-tribute&nbsp;to the piano music of the great composer Sergei Rachmaninoff.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Under the music direction of the conductor Kornilios Michailidis, the Orchestra and the soloist Denis Kozhukhin, one of the world’s most complete and compelling pianists, will perform Rachmaninoff's famous works, including Piano Concertos No. 4, Op. 40 &amp; No 3 Op. 30 and the Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, Op. 43.</p>

	The internationally acclaimed Argentinian director and writer Mariano Pensotti, returns to Onassis Stegi, presenting his latest play "Una Sombra Voraz, a work which blends documentary elements with fiction.&nbsp;</p>

	Fathers and sons. Climbers and actors. A lived experience and its retelling, through shocking revelations and comic twists, under the "voracious shadow" of a mountain.</p>
<p>
	A tense and layered theatrical work, which explores memory, identity and fatherhood, in a notable performance full of suspense and reflection!</p>
