Τhe Company “THE ARTBASSADOR” (hereinafter the Company) is the legitimate administrator of the contents of the present website, owned by the Company, which (contents) are covered by the provisions of the Law 2121/1993, as it is in force today, as well as by the International Treaties on copyright, to which Greece is a signatory.

Access to the website is free, as it aims to inform the users on the activities of the Company.

The user affirms that, before visiting the webpages and services of the present website, he has read and accepted without any reservations the present terms of use which regard the totality of the contents of the website (such as texts, photos, databases, files, graphics), while, in case of acceptance with reservations, he should abstain from visiting and using the contents and services of the website.

The user accepts that part of the website may constitute intellectual property either of the Company or third organisations / persons cooperating with the Company and therefore, he cannot use it without their relevant written authorisation.

Any exploitation, for any purposes, whether commercial or not, such as sale, modification, reproduction, republication, transmission, redistribution, edition, execution, dubbing, mirroring, of part or of e totality of the contents of the website, is expressly forbidden without the prior written consent of the right-owners, as above-mentioned, unless for information of the users.

The user has to comply with the provisions of the Greek Law, the European and International Law on telecommunications and refrain from any illegal and abusive use of the contents of the website.

The user accepts liability for any damage may be caused to him by illegitimate or inappropriate use of the services of the present website. In no circumstances, including instances of neglect, is the Company liable for any loss or damage sustained by the user of the pages, services and options of the website, of which the user avails himself on his own initiative and in full awareness of the conditions described herein.

The Company makes is best endeavours for the accuracy of the information contained in the website, it doesn’t guarantee, though, their comprehensiveness. Furthermore, the Company doesn’t control, guarantee and consequently, isn’t liable for the contents, the personal data protection policy, the quality and completeness of the services of other websites to which its own website may contain links or advertising trailers, as well as any fragmental or mistaken information contained in another website, from where the content is delivered to the user. Any hyperlink to other websites is being effectuated only for the convenience of the user and isn’t binding to the Company.   

The Company reserves its right to make at any time any change, modification, addition or removal of the informative or technical material of the website and introduce new techniques or other methods for the facility of the users.

The service of newsletters and request forms is being offered to the users who wish so, after they have filled in the relevant form with their personal data. Nonetheless, these users don’t acquire any intellectual property rights on the files they receive. In case of proven abusive use, the Company is entitled to block the access to this service to the specific user.

It is assumed that minors using the website’s services have obtained the relevant consent of their parents or guardians. Minor users are not obliged to reveal their personal details.

The management and protection of the services of the website are subject to the relevant provisions of the Greek and European Law, as currently in force. The Company doesn’t reveal such personal details to third parties, unless to the competent authorities, in accordance with the law. The Company maintains files of these details only for reasons of communication and improvement of the offered services. 

The present constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the user of the webpages and its services and is binding only to them. No amendment of these terms shall be acknowledged or form part of the present agreement, unless it has been formulated in writing and included therein.

The above terms and conditions of use of the website, as well as any amendment, change or alteration are subject to the Greek Law, the European Union Law and the relevant International Treaties. Any provision of the above terms that should prove to be contrary to the law, shall automatically cease to have force and shall be removed from the present, without any detriment to the force of the remaining terms and conditions. 

The present is governed by the Greek Law and the Courts of Athens are competent for any dispute that may arise.
