THE INHERITANCE by Matthew López

***PANHELLENIC PREMIERE*** At National Theatre - "Nikos Kourkoulos" Stage, since 13 February!

The multi-awarded play "The Inheritance",  by the American dramatist Matthew López, makes its Greek premiere at the Nikos Kourkoulos Stage of the Ziller Building, directed by the Artistic director of National Theatre of Greece, the renowned creator Yiannis Moschos.

Inspired by the 1910 E. M Forster's novel "Howards End", the play has been an international hit, winning major awards, including the 2019 Olivier and 2020 Tony for Best New Play, making López the first Latino author to earn this distinction.

An epic story of survival, legacy and love, which, spanning three generations of gay men and their experiences, presents an exquisitely truthful, contemporary portrait of New York’s gay community.
