When Mr. Kraft, a middle- class businessman visits as usual his bank, he cannot imagine for a second the nightmare he will face. As the institution is now under new Indian management, he has to deal with an absurd situation which is far beyond his control!
The play, a boulevard comedy by the French actor and playwright Sébastien Thiéry, was created in 2008 at the Théâtre Hébertot, in a production by Anne Bourgeois, causing a great sensation and winning the 2009 Molière award for best comic play.
A Kafkaesque farce, with unpredictable twists, brimming with black humor and absurdity, which causes laughter through the outrageous adventures of its hero.
