THE HOMECOMING by Harold Pinter

When Teddy, a professor in an American university, returns to his childhood home accompanied by his wife, Ruth, to visit his all-male family still living there, a fierce battle for power and sexual supremacy begins, focusing on Ruth, creating an ominous familial tension. 

“The Homecoming”,  a two-act play written in 1964 by Harold Pinter, premiered at Aldwych Theatre, London in 1965, causing great sensation and two years later transferred to The Music Box Theatre on Broadway. Widely regarded as Harold Pinter’s finest play, this modern classic is a gripping, funny exploration of family and relationships, which 60 years after its premiere, continues to puzzle, astonish and delight audiences!
