**THE OPERA PROJECT** LE NOZZE DI FIGARO by W.A Mozart

In the frame of the 2024 "Opera Project", the Thessaloniki Concert Hall in collaboration with the Summer Music Performance Program of Anatolia College, present Jonathan Lyness' Orchestral reduction of the famous operatic work "Le Nozze di Figaro", by W.A. Mozart.

Composed in 1786 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with an Italian libretto written by Lorenzo Da Ponte, this beloved commedia per musica is a cornerstone of the repertoire,  appearing consistently among the top ten in the Operabase, list of most frequently performed operas.

The Orchestral reduction of this masterpiece, by Jonathan Lynnes was created in 2015 for West Green House Opera in the UK and has since received many performances in both the UK and USA.
