PLAMENA MANGOVA IN RACHMANINOFF'S 4th CONCERTO

Honoring the 150th anniversary of Sergei Rachmaninoff's birth, the Athens State Orchestra, in collaboration with the Athens Concert Hall, present a unique concert, promising audiences an outstanding musical experience!

Under the music direction of the distinguished conductor Michel Tilkin, the Orchestra and the up-and-coming Bulgarian pianist Plamena Mangova, will perform the following works:

Y. CONSTANTINIDES: Asia Minor Rhapsody
                                                          S. RACHMANINOFF:   Piano concerto No. 4 in G minor, Op .40
                                                          D. SHOSTAKOVICH:   Symphony no. 5 in D minor, opus 47
