ROMEO AND JULIET

In the frame of the Thessaloniki's International Film Festival events, the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra in collaboration with the The Thessaloniki Concert Hall, presents a marvelous concert with ouststanding works by the great Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev.

Under the music direction of  the conductor Zoi Tsokanou, the Orchestra and the charismatic piano soloist Yulianna Avdeeva, will present the following works:

 - Piano concerto No.2, Op.16, by Sergei Prokofiev
                                                           - Excerpts from the ballet ‘Romeo and Juliet’, Op.64, by Sergei Prokofiev 

THE ARTBASSADOR provided the Orchestra, with the music material of the works of Sergei Prokofiev, "Piano concerto No.2, Op.16" and  "Excerpts from the ballet ‘Romeo and Juliet’, Op.64",   on behalf of the Publishing House BOOSEY & HAWKES UK.
