A TRIBUTE TO GREEK JEWISH MARTYRS AND HEROES OF THE HOLOCAUST

Honoring the National Remembrance Day of the Greek Jewish Martyrs and Heroes of the Holocaust, the Thessaloniki State Symphony Οrchestra presents a unique concert, a tribute to their memory. 

Under the music direction of the distinguished conductor Michalis Economou, the Orchestra with the piano soloist Ilya Poletaev and the Mixed Choir of Thessaloniki will present the following works:

-Arnold Schönberg: Notturno for strings and harp
                                                          -Anton Rubinstein: Piano concerto No.4, Op.70 (TSSO premiere)
                                                          -Giuseppe Verdi: Va, pensiero, from the opera ‘Nabucco’
