THE DUMB WAITER by Harold Pinter

At Semio Theatre, since 18 October!

Hitmen Gus and Ben have a job to do! But as they await for orders in a windowless, claustrophobic basement, they start to receive mysterious demands via a dumb waiter... and an absurd game of dominance begins!

One of Pinter's most famous and  acclaimed works, “The Dumb Waiter” was written in 1957 and premiered at the Hampstead Theatre Club, in 1960.

Filled with Pinter’s unmistakable wit and poignant pauses, this iconic masterpiece achieves, through its unique blend of absurdity, farce, and surface realism, a profoundly moving statement about the modern human condition.
